Hello @user_mk7e1m, that would be pretty annoying to run into, but you've come to the right Forum for support. I'd like to make sure we get on the same page. Were you seeing that error when accessing the Xfinity app? If not, what app are you trying to open? Also, are any other devices or apps having the same issue?
