user_gy06we Thank you for reaching out too us here today with your questions. You can order Wi-Fi extender pods at the following link https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/wifi-extender.
hmm, When the installer came a few days ago he said they were free and I just needed to ask. The current hub is in the basement and doesn't effectively reach the main or 2nd floor.
I bought internet service for my home, not just the basement. What am I supposed to do?
user_gy06we I apologize for any confusion! Up until June of this year if you were a member of our Xfi Complete program, you would receive a whole-home Wi-Fi assessment. Depending on the results of the assessment a customer would then be eligible for 1 Xfinity Wi-Fi extender at no cost. The Xfi Complete program is no longer available for customer to enroll in, so the free pods are no longer available. You can find tips for optimizing your home Wi-Fi signal here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/improve-your-wireless-home-network.
