Another internet outage!

Services have been down since 6 this morning with no end in site. When I try to talk to someone through the app, it tells me I can't. Why the run around? Why is there literally no one available to talk to. I dont want to talk to a bot, they're useless. This happens more frequently than ever before which interrupts me working from home and now I need to pack up my 6 month old and find a place with working internet. The outage has said for 5 hours that it is under investigation, at this point I have lost all faith in xfinity and their ability to keep the internet working. I am actively looking for other providers as the customer service has been terrible, especially when this happens all the time.

user_3pn6bb Welcome to our community forum. You've reached the perfect place to get help with your Xfinity account and services. I rely on my internet connection to work from home and I know how disruptive it can be to face issues in the middle of a work day, especially with a 6-month-old to care for. When you open your Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps and troubleshoot your connection, what information does it provide?

All I get is that there is an outage and that it is being investigated. I am not able to troubleshoot.

user_3pn6bb I appreciate you checking the Xfinity app for more details. It's such a handy tool to have at your disposal to manage your services :). Unplanned service issues can be caused by a number of things from a car accident taking down a pole or a construction company digging and cutting through one of our fiber lines. I'd like to stick with you here until you confirm everything is back up and running.
