Another accout is using my phone number
I received a notification of service interruption on my cell phone about a service interruption at another address. The message was from a legitimate Comcast number and was referring to me by a very different name and address. I contacted Comcast security assurance for help. They claimed to have removed my cell number from this incorrect address. I have done this 3 times now. The automatic customer support still says there are 2 accounts associated with my cell number. That should not be the case. I don't feel helped at all.

I can see how frustrating it must be to still hear that your number is linked to more than one account.
