[Edited: "Inflammatory"] We upgraded a phone and was led to believe that we would receive a trade if we sent back our previous devise.  Purchased the new phone called to inquire about sending back device for trade in which we choose to upgrade an existing line.  Was told there was no such promotion.  Called back to try again talked to a rep named Mark.  She assured us that since we were loyal customers they would honor the promotion. We would received a monthly credit for two years.  [Edited: "Language"].  Called back today to check since I asked for confirmation to my email which I did not receive.  There is no documentation on our account concerning this.  Trust me when I say after we get this phone paid off we are going with another mobile carrier.  [Edited: "Inflammatory"].

I get the survey quite often. I do not even click on anything. If I have my email up, sooner or later I will get the square screen . I can not bipass it. lave to close the tab.
