ANGREY XB8

Hello yes I've been in contact with XFinity support for xb8 as well as going to two local branches. I've been getting the runaround and was told that they're not available yet, although I was told by a rep that they would be released on April 5th. And now being April 14th, I called yesterday and was told that I can't be sent one yet. Is there anything I have to do differently to get one?

Hi, user_f7949e thank you for reaching out to our forums for assistance. I definitely understand the excitement around the new XB8 modem! The modem was released in April, however, we are currently completely out of stock and there isn't a way to receive one. We also don't have an estimated time when they will be back in stock. Our awesome XB7 modems support the same speeds that the XB8 modems support. If you don't already have the XB7 and would like to upgrade, please send us a direct message. Select the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name so we may further assist you.
