What kind of amplifier and what kind of problem? The more details you can provide, the better.

I wasn’t allowed to post all details. A repairman came out yesterday to fix cable connection damaged by lawnmower. After that he came in and reconnected an amplifier that he said was unconnected. Since then I’ve had freezing and flickering on all tv screens. Not sure what to do now. Thanks!
A repair man came out yesterday to replace my outdoor cable connector which had been hit by a lawnmower. He then came into house and noticed an amplifier wasn’t connected so he reconnected it. Now I’m getting flickering and freezing on ALL tv screens. What should I do?
Thank you so much for the information. I am sorry to hear that you are TV is flickering and freezing. Now we would need to have a tech go out and see why the TV is acting up after the amplifier was connected. Did you have any issues with any other service before the amp was connected?

Thanks for confirming TV is the only service affected by the amplifier, @user_cnw8cc. I would be more than happy to review your account to see when we could go out there.
