American customer service

I need an American customer service bc the other countries are in a room with loud people around them and it hurts my head to try and talk to them.  Plus trying to renegotiate my plan and they are very limited in credits and promotions. I call during business hours. Please help. AND NIT THE 1-800-XFINITY

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
