AMC+ app

For two weeks now, I can not open my AMC+ app, but once I click on a film, it says it cannot load.

user_7d4uyg Thanks for reaching out! A few questions for you so the Community can help point you in the right direction. What device are you using? (Roku, Xumo Stream Box, Fire TV, Samsung TV, iPhone, Android, etc.) Do you receive a specific error code or does it just say "cannot load"? Are you subscribed directly through AMC+ or through another provider like us Xfinity, or Prime Video, Apple TV, Roku, etc.?
