Amazon rewards book credit not working

I was on the app first thing today when the offers dropped and selected the Amazon bookshelf credit.  It was accepted, I got the code, copies it, went in through the app, pasted the code, went logged into Amazon and got the message there was an error accepting the invitation.  Went back into my app and the reward was missing so I couldn't link though it again.  Made a screenshot of the reward code and  time frame for using it. I went into amazon using this link I found online https://www.amazon.com/ab/shelf/a4bbbe4d-9b0b-44ad-9f6c-e171e0eab746/applyCode, but it didn't work.  I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, cleared cookies, and tried it 5-7 times to know effect.  Again, I selected the reward early as in about 12:05pm.  Also selected two other rewards, a movie, which did go to my account, and the $1.00 movie night that I can't tell if it works or not yet.  What do I do?  I have used the Amazon book credits many times, love it, and have had no problem. Thanks for any suggestions.
