Amazon gift card

I feel scammed. I signed up for home internet service in March and had a promotion for an Amazon gift card for $200. I've been communicating with the online chat service, but they've never been able to help me with the issue. They tell me they've already informed the promotion department, and I never receive anything. On one occasion, an agent named Arvind responded very kindly, informing me that I should have already received the gift card, that he contacted the promotion department, even gave me a confirmation number, and that I should receive the gift card by email in less than 24 hours. It's been a week, and I still haven't received anything. If nothing is resolved in the next few days, I'll cancel my Xfinity service and report it to the FTC. Deceptive advertising.
