Amazon Gift Card

I was promised a $200 Amazon gift card. I am trying to talk to an agent about it but I can never get through.

user_jgbj6w Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. With most of the gift card promotions offered with a residential plan (internet or TV), there would be a qualification period that is typically 90 days. You should be able to track this period and verify the eligibility using the Incentive Tracker, where you can enter your account number to verify the status and estimated date to receive the gift card.

We were offered this same promotional deal back in February 2025 when we signed up for Xfinity Internet. Our service was activated on 2/21/2025 with a 1000 Mbps plan. I have chat transcripts from that time, where the agent clearly outlined the following promotion:

Amazon eGift Card: Offer ends 3/21/2025. New Xfinity internet customers only. Requires activation of 500 Mbps or above internet plan. Actual value of Amazon.com eGift Card varies by plan: $100 value with purchase of 500 Mbps or 800 Mbps; $200 value with purchase of 1000 Mbps or above. Must maintain new service with account in good standing for 90 days following service activation.  eGift card will be sent to your email address associated with your Comcast account within 14 weeks of service activation. Limit one Amazon.com eGift Card per customer/account. Not valid with prior activations, purchases, returns or exchanges. May not be combinable with some other offers.

Since early June, I’ve been following up repeatedly regarding this promotion. These are the following Xfinity Agents I have chatted with:  Manissh, Tanisha, Sourav, Joseph, Akanksha, Ashik, Pramod, Neha, Mohammed, Athiya, Abraham, and Asrya.  Today, on 7/6/2025 at 2:34 PM, I spoke with a representative on the phone named Asrya, who informed me that Xfinity does not offer this promotion. I explained that back in February, the agent Manissh had clearly confirmed our eligibility. She apologized and said we were given misinformation. I responded that it wasn’t just misinformation—it was, in my view, outright fraud.

I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.

Hello @user_83k8z2 . Sorry to hear you have not received the gift card that was quoted with your promotion. The Amazon cards are ones I know we offered around that time in February with certain deals. One thing I'll clarify is they are delivered typically between weeks 16-18 after activation. But we will want to check if our system is still sending you one or what happened. 

 

If you check the status of your Amazon Card at https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track and us know what it says that will determine what next steps we would need to take. If it says you aren't eligible we can submit ticket with your screenshots of the transcripts to our Redemption Team that handles the gift card rewards.

I was promised two $200 gift cards in June 2025, spoke to an agent by saying gift crd when asked and then no if it was a billing question.  Then the agent told me the offer was for $100 per card.  They lie!  And I don't know how to resolve this.

I am also having the same problem I been trying to get my $200 Amazon gift card I was promised when I signed up for service in December 2024 it’s been more then 18 weeks now and have only received a $100 Amazon gift card on August 13th

ive spoke to multiple agents and they said it would be fixed within 48 hours and it’s been longer than that 

it is very upsetting
