Hello! I signed up with a plan that had a $100 Amazon gift card included in the offer. I've already paid my first bill but still hasn't received the gift card or any information about it. When should I expect to receive it?

I did but nothing shows up in there when I open it, probably because my account it's newish?

Gift cards normally have anywhere from 2-16 weeks before they show up depending what service it was for. To get cards you have to meet the conditions for it which is just keep the account active for 3 months for home service like internet, or for mobile it's activate within a certain window. It only shows once the condition was met, and it gets ready to be sent out.
