The Amazon gift card is issued after 12 weeks (90 days) if the account is maintained in good standing, and then card will be sent to your email address associated with your Comcast account within 14 weeks of service activation.

It is a scam, I've been waiting for weeks now and they say they have no record of a promotion with Amazon. They told me this does not exist and that maybe I was scammed by some other site. They are liars.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I’ve been dealing with the same issue. I’ve messaged assistants, sent out emails, even reached out on Reddit, and I just keep getting the runaround. No one can give me a straight answer. I signed up well before the promotion deadline back in February and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I ask, I get a different answer. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated and seriously considering cancelling.

I checked my e-mail to find this link to help track your status. Sometimes live support would dismissed it as a scam.. I don't blame them it's hard to keep track of deals.
