Amazon Gift Card

I have now contacted customer service three different times and each time I’m told that my Amazon gift card is in pending status.  However I still cannot see anything in the incentive tracker.  I try to go to customer service for help and they do not have any assistance via chat.  They also say I will definitely get my gift card within 14 to 17 weeks but cannot explain why it is not on the tracker.  They just say that it is in pending status, but I cannot see it.  Please help me resolve this.

Hello @user_assxwt Thanks for reaching out here on our Community Forums. I can definitely understand your concerns. I know if I was offered something as part of a promotional I'd want to receive it as well. Generally with the Amazon gift card you need to maintain an active account in good standing for 90 days from the date of installation. After that it can sometimes take an additional 2-4 weeks for it to be processed and emailed to you. In regard to being able to see your status you should try reaching out to the Xfinity Incentive Team directly for assistance. https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/contactus

According to the promotional offer, it can take anywhere from 14 to 16 weeks of service activation. To confirm, have you made any changes to your plan? If not and your account has been in good standing you should be good to go, again for issues with the actual Xfinity Incentive Site please reach out directly by clicking the link mentioned above.

As I said it is not showing up on the incentive tracker that is my issue.  I think there is an issue are you going to help me or not?  I thought this was customer service?  Seems like this card may be a bait and switch as others have mentioned.

It may not appear on the Incentive Tracker, since it is for Visa or Mastercard prepaid cards provided as bonuses on some promotional offers, and were typically mailed out in the past. With this offer including an Amazon Gift Card and being sent via email, it may not appear as the same type of offer and show a gift card to track. If you would prefer not to complete the contact form on the link above, you can also call the dedicated department (if you haven't already) at 1-833-269-9036. This team is available every day from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT

 

Since it has not been the full timeframe advised from 14 - 16 weeks, we are unable to escalate the issue until that has passed, and if the email is not received. If you'd like, our team can follow up here in a few weeks to check if the email was received and proceed from there if needed.
