Amazon Gift Card
I have now contacted customer service three different times and each time I’m told that my Amazon gift card is in pending status. However I still cannot see anything in the incentive tracker. I try to go to customer service for help and they do not have any assistance via chat. They also say I will definitely get my gift card within 14 to 17 weeks but cannot explain why it is not on the tracker. They just say that it is in pending status, but I cannot see it. Please help me resolve this.

Hello @user_assxwt Thanks for reaching out here on our Community Forums. I can definitely understand your concerns. I know if I was offered something as part of a promotional I'd want to receive it as well. Generally with the Amazon gift card you need to maintain an active account in good standing for 90 days from the date of installation. After that it can sometimes take an additional 2-4 weeks for it to be processed and emailed to you.
