Amazon Gift Card

On March 16th I signed up for the 1100 mbs internet package that came with a $200 Amazon gift card. I still have not received my gift card. on the incentive tracker website it says that my account does not exist and to check back after 14 days. My account was activated on April 1st (more than 14 days ago) and I the website still says to check back after 14 days. I called the rewards center twice and both times they said my account doesn't exist and to try calling after 60 days. I was instructed to call regular customer service and they said that Xfinity has never run a promotion with an Amazon gift card before. He said there is no record on my account of getting a gift card and there are no promotions including a gift card. All I want is a clear answer. I signed up for this internet package on the Xfinity website directly so there is no chance I was scammed by an outside party. The customer service representative said he would put in a ticket but said that my ticket cannot be tracked and I won't get a confirmation about it either. So basically there is nothing I can do.

Xfinity is a scam. They are all liars. I will be switching to a different internet provider.

The same exact thing is happening to me right now. I signed up on March 3rd and installation was March 8th. Still no gift card. I called and was told that they don’t see anything about a gift card on my account, but they opened a ticket and I will hear back in 14 days. I called [Edited: "Language"]! I never wanted to switch from AT&T. I’d rather pay the cancellation fee and not give any more money to they scam artists.

user_e1ci6u Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand how frustrating this would be and we are more than happy to check the status of that ticket for you. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
