Amazon Gift Card

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could help me. I got Xfinity a few weeks ago, the package where you get Peacock Premium and an Amazon gift card. I got Peacock, but I'm wondering why every time I talk to support, they cannot give me a straight answer as to why I haven't received my gift card yet. I'm starting to think it's a scam at this point.

Thanks for reaching out, jordynjj! Have you reached out to our Incentive Team to check the status of your gift card?

It has now been 14 days since I set up the service, I paid my bill today as well. The last time I checked the incentive tracker it said to check back within 14 days, now it says to check back within 21 days.

Hey jordynjj . Thanks for reaching back out to us. A lot of our gift card promotions do require you to keep the plan for a certain amount of time before our system processes the gift cards.

If you could send us a direct message I can get into your account and specific promotion to both confirm that the gift card was properly included with the plan and what the timeline and fine print says about the timing of that gift card. If we need to get in touch with our incentive team at that point we can get that going.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
