Amazon gift card

Hi Xfinity ,
When I got connection it was told me that there is offer of 100$ Amazon.com gift card but it’s been 3 weeks since I got the wi fi connection, I gave it got any gift card . I have called multiple times to the customer support but they don’t do anything and ask me to wait and wait only . Can you pls help here

user_l4e4uh Thanks for posting on our Forums. Typically, there is a qualification period of 90 days for most promos that offer a prepaid gift card. The qualifications to be met would be keeping the account active at the same level of service, and remaining in good standing (no late payments or nonpay disconnects). After the 90 days, the card would be automatically processed and sent to you.
