Amazon Gift Card

I signed up for XFINITY Internet on 12/11/2024, at the time there was a promotion for a $200 gift card. I have not received anything about that. It appears others have been having the same issue. I called into support and they know nothing about it. I received the peacock promotion too and activated that but there has been no mention about the amazon gift card. Any idea on who I can speak with about this? The website direct from XFINITY clearly stated that I would receive a $200 gift card since I signed up for a higher speed. It is frustrating that support is making me feel like I am wrong when I know I am not and I know what I saw on their website.

It states that if it has been more than 2 weeks to reach out to customer support, that has also not worked since they did not know what going on with the amazon gift card, this is very frustrating.

@Denver1129, do you know if your promotion was to get the gift card right away or did you have to go through a 90 days qualifying time in account in good standing to get it?

I am not entirely sure, I understand having to wait 90 days, but it is not appearing on the incentive tracker and that is concerning. Another concerning part was speaking on the phone with someone and they did not have any idea about it. Can I speak with someone on the phone, that actually knows about the promotion? Thank you for your assistance.

@Denver1129 We do have some promotions with Visa Gift cards and some can say to wait longer than 90 days, but they do appear on the incentive tracker website. You mentioned the website showed Amazon Gift Card. Was this on xfinity.com or somewhere else?

That was on the XFINITY site directly! It was apart of the promotion to get peacock streaming, which I have been able to activate.
