Amazon Gift Card

I signed up for XFINITY Internet on 12/11/2024, at the time there was a promotion for a $200 gift card. I have not received anything about that. It appears others have been having the same issue. I called into support and they know nothing about it. I received the peacock promotion too and activated that but there has been no mention about the amazon gift card. Any idea on who I can speak with about this? The website direct from XFINITY clearly stated that I would receive a $200 gift card since I signed up for a higher speed. It is frustrating that support is making me feel like I am wrong when I know I am not and I know what I saw on their website.

It states that if it has been more than 2 weeks to reach out to customer support, that has also not worked since they did not know what going on with the amazon gift card, this is very frustrating.

@Denver1129, do you know if your promotion was to get the gift card right away or did you have to go through a 90 days qualifying time in account in good standing to get it?
