Amazon Gift card and hung up on
I have exhausted all measure regarding tracking the Amazon promotion gift card for internet service. The customer service reps are not trained and neither are the managers they gave me the run around even after I pointed it on this site and other xfinity pages . [Edited: Language] I just want some that is knowledgeable in this area and cause me a lot of stress and time . The rep even hung up on me. I’m a manager and been in a call center this is not right .
