Hi there, @Jeff_J! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the Amazon Bookshelf Reward. There was a high demand for the Reward so is no longer able to be redeemed. Did you get a redemption code or were you signing in and then the code would generate/apply for you?
Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
They've update the Rewards page with a new link that worked for me and seems like everyone else: https://www.amazon.com/ab/shelf/4ec2546c-125f-4269-888a-662bf8143126/applyCode
