Amazon Book Credit Reward is not working

Hi! The Amazon book credit reward that I just redeemed is not working. Is the code correct?

When you sign into your Membership Benefits page: https://www.xfinity.com/membership do you see the book credit in your redeemed benefits? Which step of the redemption process are you having issues?

@XfinityEmilyB​ I copied the code and clicked on the link provided to visit the Amazon bookshelf. After entering the code and signing in to my account, a pop up message shows up saying that there is an error in redeeming. I also noticed on the reward that there are two different redeem by dates which is what made me wonder if an incorrect code is on the post.

I just tried again to verify what the pop up says. It says "There was an error accepting the invitation."

I recommend that you also post there so that Xfinity can easily see how many people are having this problem.
