Is this Forum a joke? xfinity isn't already gouging customers, and then they actually have the gall to rely on their customers to provide other customers with support!?! WOW!

The Community Forum has been around well over 20 years with customer helping customers. For around the last 10 years, however, we do have corporate employees helping out in the Forums to answer questions that other customers might not be able to answer and if you look around you'll see a larger presence of the employees answering questions than customers.
Is there a problem that you are having that we can help with? If so, please start a new thread in the correct forum giving as many details as you can without giving out any personal identifying information.
