Almost 17 Years Customer

Bought a phone from Xfinity. They sent it via FedEx. When I received the package, a bottle of tea was in the box. Called police. Filed police report. Asked where to send it. Told they would contact me. Didn't. Spoke with a supervisor. Got email address to send report. No response since April 30th. Their chat is worthless. Their live agents are almost impossible to get a hold of. They bounce you around to wrong departments, none of them taking accountability. Almost 17 years with Comcast. This is how they treat customers. #Xfinity #Comcast
