All services are down

Internet and TV are down. When I log in it says that there are issues detected keeping my devices offline, "let's fix it" and then I click that and it scans my system and then goes to a blank screen that does nothing. The Xfinity assistant is infuriating and has no solutions other than tighten your cables. When I turn on the TV it says there was trouble connecting but teams are working to fix the issue as soon as possible. Meanwhile the outage map and info says everything looks great at my home. Which one is it? Are there issues or not? Are teams working on it or not? I made an appointment but would love to talk to an actual human that can decipher this madness.

user_kkast3 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand that you have gone through all the remote troubleshooting steps available to you, from checking connections to troubleshooting via our Xfinity app. It sounds like the app is stating there is a service interruption at your home, but I understand the confusion if you aren't seeing it on the map. I'd love to take a closer look and help ensure that you will be able to enjoy your services. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
