All service outage for whole street
Since 12/26, every house on my street has been experiencing 1-2 hour service interruptions daily. We've had several technicians out to confirm that it's an issue on Comcast's side. Is there any way to elevate this and get it resolved, or will my neighbors and I have to switch providers?
