All my services… cable, tv, Wi-Fi, phone are completely messed up.
I am 75 years old and cannot believe what this company has put me through. Daily… no reliable phone service, cable goes completely out, Wi-Fi won’t let me get online and if I get online it’s so slow it says it cannot open pages ??, tv is messed up all day every day…
what am I paying you for?? The stress is ridiculous. I can watch Netflix and Apple TV with no problem but cable tv is your baby and it is a complete disaster. I’m so tired of calling and waiting online, getting machines with recordings instead of a live person. Is legal action the only answer?!? I am too old to put up with this!! I deserve better after being a long long long time customer.

I'm sorry you've been experiencing service issues and haven't gotten the support you need, but I'd love a chance to work with you and help turn things around. I'd like to make sure we first get on the same page and understand the full scope of your issues. Do you happen to know if these service issues are linked to any known service interruptions? Do you get any error messages or error codes on your screen when watching TV? Also, can you please provide some additional insight into the phone service issues you're experiencing?

I cannot understand why it is so difficult getting to a live customer service rep. When you finally get to talk to that person you find yourself trying to understand what they are saying because they don’t speak English very well. Xfinity charges its customers an exorbitant amount for their services so they can well afford to hire and pay US citizens instead of sending these jobs overseas.
The long term issues I have had and are still dealing with are as follows …
1. Day after day my cable tv won’t work. Some days it gives a signal that I may need to reboot my system. Well, I have done that many times, other times Xfinity has given me a “boost” and that does not fix the problem. When the tv does have a picture many times it is badly pixilated with garbled sound.
2. On those days my phone is messed up… People cannot hear me if I actually can get a call out. If my phone is working enough to receive a call I can’t hear anything. Most of the time there is no dial tone at all.
3. Next, my Wi-Fi is not working consistently and when it is working it is so slow that pages cannot open.
i pay $200+/month for my plan (for years I have paid more) and am a senior citizen (75). Xfinity is obviously greedy, does not appreciate its long term customers (over 30 years) or any customers for that matter. They have increased my charges over and over yet my service is sub-standard.
(My Netflix and Apple TV both work perfectly).
So exhausting dealing with this mess and this company.
