ALAN WAS AMAZING! Sandesh should be fired!!

Alan was amazing! He helped me with everything I needed. I fist was on the chat with Sandesh and he told me “he was sending out tech support today to fix my modem”. Sandesh should be fired for lying to customers. I ended up calling xfinity number and Alan told me that there was no tech support coming and told me I’ve been lied to and keep apologizing saying that’s not how xfinity treats there customer. ALAN DESERVES A RAISE RIGHT NOW! He was so kind very very helpful, caring, professional, and polite. So much more I really really can not express how much Alan has helped me I was so close to leaving xfinity if it wasn’t for Alan always helping me and being such a sweet hearted person!!
