AI Robot customer agent!
Just talked to a “person” who is clearly a robot! I switched to att a few months ago but moved and switched back to Xfinity and I regret it and am going to cancel legitimately the same day I got the service. Absolutely insane. First it hung up on me 4 times then the robot said they can’t afford AI which is insane because it’s Xfinity. I can’t believe I came back to this service!
