AI Customer Service Feedback

Just some feedback. We switched providers and needed to cancel our account with Xfinity. Better price and quicker internet. All I could get to was an AI bot that would speak with me. I understand the efficiency and the system is quite intuitive. However, please look into the unnecessary small talk conversations it may be having with other customers. This bot mentioned they have a fiancé and would like to send them a song and asked if I know any...Possibly friendly conversation as I waited for it to pull up my information... but also completely unnecessary when all I want to do is have my problem solved and move on. I'm patient (and although it was creepy)...it was fine. I just wanted to point out as it is a completely ridiculous feature to have if you want to be more efficient and not to put a bad taste in current customers... Ethically, the system should also announce that they are an AI tool before beginning communications, in case any other generations think they are speaking with a human.
