ai chat complaint
We signed up for xfinity cable tv and requested to pick up our equipment locally. We were told that we would get an email confirming it was ready. Instead, we got an email that it was being shipped in 2-3 days. I tried to go back and contact someone, but since Xfinity already had my $$, all I could get was an AI chat bot that took me in circles. I decided it wasn't worth having a stroke, so I would wait for the shipment. It has now been 5 days and the equipment hasn't even shipped. I tried contacting someone again and once again, the chat bot took me in the endless loop!!!!!!!!!! I am just going to cancel now and go someplace else.
Here is a sample of the chat - Note, that I swore at the bot and then it told me it would get someone.....I waited 10 min with no reply....Then basically asked if I would get someone and the chat started back in the loop.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
