AI agents on the phone now?
I post this only as a method of feedback.
I'm fairly confident I spoke with a robot when I had to cancel service at one of my residences. If the agent wasn't a computer, then the translation service being used was awful.
It was like nails on a chalkboard having to wait and listen and repeat.
Please stop doing this.

The phone agent is AI, but they lie to customers, saying that they are not. On my last call, I said I wanted to speak to a real person, and the AI bot insisted that they were real. The voice was so robotic, and they stopped talking every time my dog barked in the background. This is getting ridiculous. Why train your AI bot to lie to customers, saying that they are real?
