AI agent hangs up call continuously without helping
I've tried calling for customer service multiple times for questions on my account, but because there's an outage in my area it refuses to allow me to talk with customer service until it's restored, which I've had outages for 3 days now. Is there someone that could either call me or provide a customer service line without an AI agent that keeps hanging up on me?
