My ethernet port wall outlet became somewhat messed up and the ports got pushed into the wall and out of place, and the cover of the port outlet came off, so I need someone to come in and repair said enthernet port outlet. My Maintenance will not do anything because of the wires. And I wanna clarify that my apartment complex said to contact you guys and have you guys come in. I can send a photo if needed, but there is no option to here

Well I contacted them. They don't do that. They said that Xfinity needs to send out a technician.
