So I call the customer service number and the automated voice says my modem is offline and to call back in 10 minutes. My modem is not offline and is connected. I already rebooted it several times. But the automated service will not connect me to an agent. It keeps telling me to call back in 10 minutes.
I want to talk to a live agent about my connection quality. I know this is an Xfinity issue because I have been troubleshooting this since yesterday, and the WinMTR report I ran shows issues from my home (modem) to Xfinity.
