Agent made unauthorized changes on my account and affected my bill and xfinity refused to put me back on my promotion plan
This is a very frustarting to deal with xfinity nowadays. I spent hours and not getting resolved.
An agent made an unauthrozied changes on my account which basically removed my promoation plan and added additional $60 to my bill so it went up from $50 a month to $120 a month.
When I called xfinity to put me back on my promotion plans , no one wants to help and keep getting transfer to another agent or even hang up the call. Even worse, they would pretend they are working on your issue and tell you everything is taken care of. When you call two days later, the issue still persist. No changes on my plan or billing.
At this point, I am done with getting xfinity and cancelling my service.

@user_f33fvc I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience with your recent plan change. We do our best to avoid this type of issue so we have implemented our customer approval for the past several years now. This is where the proposed plan change is sent to you for review and until you accept there are no changes that can be made.
When accepting a new plan we are not able to restore any previous plans as they may no longer be available. Did you initially reach out with concerns about your billing? Did you have an expired promotion?
