Agent instructed me to purchase Apple Watch noting they would apply a $150 off voucher after purchase. They never did.

A few months ago I had the offer of $150 off Apple Watch, but when I would click the link it would never deduct the cost during checkout. I chatted with an agent and they told me they could just apply it after the watch was purchased. Well I purchased it and now after a few months they never applied the promotion to my Apple Watch plan. Now when chatting with the virtual assistant the chat with agent feature does nothing so I can't even reach anybody to bring this up to. Please help.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
