Agent came into my yard and left the pedestal open.

An agent came to my house asking for backyard access to fix someone else's internet issues.  When he left, Iooked at the pedestal.  It was left open, with wires dangling all over the place.

I have a photo, but can't see a way to attach it here.

@user_wu5814 My team can help you get the pedestal fixed for you today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

There is no chat icon at the top right corner of the screen on the website.  Whatever chat I do find goes to the Xfinity Assistant and doesn't allow DMs, just wants to automate and try to do things that have absolutely nothing to do with my issue.  I am signed in.  Attempting to get in touch with a real person at Xfinity is the most frustrating, horrible experience.  I have even tried to look up a phone number for a store...but that goes to the useless (and I emphasize useless...perhaps worse than useless, because it is so frustrating) Xfinity Assistant.

The pedestal needs to be fixed.  I didn't have a problem to begin with, and I've now wasted hours of my time trying to fix a problem that someone from Xfinity caused.
