user_bewxwd Was this for Xfinity Mobile? You may be asked to provide your SSN for a soft check to determine if you can carry additional lines/devices. If this was regarding residential services like Internet and TV, we do not ask for SSN over any Social Platforms. Generally, we do not advise anyone to provide extremely sensitive personal information like that over social media.
@XfinityBenjaminM it was for a new deal regarding internet that included a 10th generation iPad that had “unlimited data” I do not have xfinity mobile but could the iPad be why the asked for the SSN? Otherwise you need to report a certain agent
