Agent asked for 10 digits of my credit card
I contacted Xfinity chat support about a billing issue. I was to receive a credit back to the credit card on file. As the agent was processing the escalation request, Trevor asked to confirm the last 4 digits of the credit card as well as the first 6 digits. I have been asked for last 4 digits of a credit card, but never more than that. Is this normal?

@ihavemanyquestions Good evening! We appreicate you reaching out to our Community Forums Team for assistance with your refund concerns. Yes, this is normal for us to ask for these digits to make sure we process the refund to the correct card. I know typically it is just the last four, just in case there is a change, we want to be sure the refund goes back to the correct card. I hope this explanation helps. Please feel free to let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
