After general approval of ACP, where do I put my application ID to apply ACP to my Xfinity service?

After you are approved and have your ID, DO NOT call & get scammed. Apply it on Xfinity site: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/emergency-broadband-benefit-enroll then click "Apply Now" with Xfinity and provide your "National Verifier ID" which =  the application ID you get after being approved through the affordable connectivity program.

I was having trouble finding where to input the ID I was sent after being approved, and the comment pasted below helped me, only after I found 3 different numbers to call from Google, which all asked me for different information to apply the ID and the real Xfinity customer service had no clue how to help. Everything you can find online about it is how to enroll and see if you are eligible but the link above is where I found the process to apply your affordable connectivity program approval to your Xfinity services.

Wanted to clarify the comment below and share it to help people, like the other guy/gal said, who are in the same boat.

"ACP Where to put your Application ID to renroll on Xfinity site?"

"I just want to know this...... https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/acp Did all that... Got approved..... Now this is what i want to know ...

That link...... how does that LINK help me get to this area.... https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/emergency-broadband-benefit-enroll THIS IS WHERE YOU PUT YOUR APPLICATION ID number and enroll for the benefit....

How would I have got to that portion of the comcast servers with out googling the old dated article???? I think you guys... are missing a button that says ENROLL on the bottom of the first link i sent... Or have i lost my mind??????

( i already had an existing comcast account... and wanted to apply the ACP benefit after I was approved. I could NOT find where to enroll on the comcast site ) Because the first link.... Does not explain what to do AFTER you have been approved.  So maybe this little rant could help others that were in the same boat as me."

I found this article after google searching since the live chat agent couldn't be of any help. Thank you random person who helped me more than Xfinity's own support agents could.

I applied for ACP through xfinity in July and nothing happened. I connected with Xfinity and the government ACP customer service with no help. They said I needed my application ID number. I applied again in August with same result but was told to apply thru the government website. I got my ACP ID immediately and gave it to Xfinity customer service.  When I logged back into the government website my application ID for July was there (expired in early October) and my new ACP ID#. I don't know why Xfinity or  ACP customer service couldn't find it.  Apply through the government website and give Xfinity your application ID #. I will have to wait to see if Xfinity applied it to my account.

I am having the same issue.

I was approved in November and set up service.  I was told that they didn't need the ID of the Affordable Connectivity Program that they (comcast/xfinity) would do that.  Twice they refused the ID and said it would take two months for payments to process.  Well now its February and nothing.  I called today to see why the payments were not show on my bill and was told they did not have the Affordable Connectivity Program showing on my account, and that it was a good thing I called because as of Feb 7 they will no longer accept Affordable Connectivity Program contributions.  I'm on the verge of lodging a complaint with higher ups.

It has been impossible to finish enrolling in this program on your website.  After giving information it says "sorry something went wrong-try again." Which I have done many times now.  Tried to do it on the phone but your rep could not answer any of my questions.  Is this for real? or, do you just not want to do any of this? I have the ID number but time is running out to get Xfinity to acknowledge this.

The information between the National Verifier and your Comcast account must match exactly or you will run into problems.  Make sure the information between the two is correct and identical.
