Good afternoon @user_5c40d7, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums regarding your ACP credit missing from your bill. To confirm, did you receive email confirmation that you were approved?

i received an approval from acp on 7/14/23 :
Contact an internet company to get your benefit.
Dear ROBERT,
You’re approved to get your Affordable Connectivity Program benefit. Sign up by 10/12/2023.
i then applied to xfinity for the $30 reduction in my bill, was informed it would be reflected in my second bill

Thank you for confirming that you were approved for the ACP credit @user_5c40d7, and we'd be happy to take a closer look at your account. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name as well as the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
We look forward to working with you!

They're using it as a way to get you to pay more monthly and have a longer contract. You have to call and re-call. Eventually they'll get fed up with you and put the dang thing through. (I hope)
