Affordable Connectivity Program ISSUE

I need someone to explain how this makes sense.

I qualified for 10 months of the acp program. I got someone to help me get it established for my January bill but then I got charged my full amount of $64.99 for February. Then a few days later I got the "credit" to my account but still had to pay the $64.99 which I am actually disputing on my card. The people at the store said the $64.99 was correct. So do I only get the $30 credit every other month? That doesn't seem right at all. I adjusted my auto pay in hopes the credit will go through and then charge my card.

Hello, @user_3a24ec, I hope your day is going well. Thanks for sharing this experience. The most common reason why we see this type of activity is when an issue occurs with the ACP system. One example is their system sees a duplicate customer or a discrepancy with a name and address. It's best to call our Internet Essentials team at 1-855-846-8376. They are available 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Eastern Time 7 days a week. They can take a closer look at your ACP Application, account, and let you know if we need to take any additional actions.
