Aerial cable has been cut how do i get help?

I know a crew will visit next dooe this afternoon.   Will they help fix my cable too?   Several houses have all had aerial cables severed.   Chopped up.  Possibly by power compan y during service restoration.

The aerial cables to my home have been cut and are on the ground. This has happened to 5-6 hpmes around me. This was done by the power company as they worked to restore electricity. I know my next door neighbor got through to you and a crew might come today to fix his line. Can they please be directed to fix my line too? It would be mnost fair if they will fix all the downed cables. Our service addresses are 901-909 Wellesley Road. The lines were cut with wire cutters and I see at least 10 severed lines on the street indriveways and in bushes!

I guess the cables were tangled up with the power lines when the pole fell due to storm.
