Advise on how to contact for repair of outdoor wire
There is a wire hanging loose from area near “SNET” cable box. Appears frayed at end of wire and is approx 8 inches in length. Questionable unattached grounding wire which was damaged by weed cutter. Located on outside of garage in condo community. Please advise

@user_458d63 thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. If it is a Comcast line it is something we can help with. You mentioned the line is coming out of an SNET box, have you reached out to them directly.
