Admin Panel Username/Password

Hi,

My Xfinity gateway doesn't seem to show the admin panel credentials on the sticker on the bottom. I've tried the defaults of admin/password and admin/admin, before and after factory resetting my gateway by holding the button with the two arrows on it for 30 seconds.


How do I figure out what the login is? I want to enable bridge mode.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
