Adequate Customer Service Not Available

The cable box mounted on the exterior of the building appears to have been opened and tampered with. I tried speaking with a representative but the representative that were routed to me , located in the Philippines and Cape Town  South  Africa weren’t interested

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
