Address unserviceable

I tried to order internet service on the Xfinity website. But never get it done. Then I called couple times. They said my address was unserviceable, and they can raise a ticket. And  told me the ticket number and asked me to wait 3-5 work days. Then nothing changed. It's been 3 weeks.

Hello, @user_0kc2wy  thank you for taking the time out of your day to follow up, and provide an update that the address was able to get updated to serviceable. Once a ticket is created, our awesome serviceability team does work diligently to get things updated as quickly as possible. Sometimes it may require additional work from our technician or construction experts.

I'm happy to hear everything the serviceability issue was able to get resolved. Please let me know if you need anything else.
