address to return equipment

Xfinity won't give me a shipping label to return a modem because it no longer appears in my acount, I'm not driving to the next town to the store! I need an xfinity address to give to UPS to return it. How difficult can this be??? Does UPS know the address to send it?

user_1j93nh Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. Yes, UPS is aware of the address to send it to.We would just encourage you to keep the receipt after return for at least 30 days, or you can take a picture of it for your records! 
 
I have added some information about returning to UPS below. Please let us know if you have questions. 
 

Stop by a UPS Store.

  1. Visit theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store to find a UPS Store near you.
  2. You can package the equipment yourself using a cardboard box 
    • If you don’t have a cardboard box, you can bring your equipment to the store.
    • A UPS representative will pack and ship your equipment back to us at no charge.
  3. You can track the progress of your return at xfinity.com/returns or on UPS.com.
    • To find your tracking number:
      • Reference the tracking number on the return label to monitor your package.
      • Reference the tracking number on your physical receipt if a UPS Store representative packaged the equipment for you.
    • Please allow up to two weeks for the return to process and your account to reflect these changes.
    • Stay in the Know: If you have an email address on file, you'll also receive a confirmation email letting you know that the equipment was received and the date that the return was processed. Update your email address.

Dear God can you just provide the shipping address? I cannot get past the page where I am to select the devices for return because nothing is listed therefore I cannot generate a label. I don't understand why this is so difficult.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment has great information on how you can return Xfinity equipment at our local Xfinity stores or one of our many UPS locations.  So depending on where you live will warrant the address you go to for the UPS location or the xfinity store
