Address serviceable

I need help with making my address serviceable in xfinity system...it's a new construction and the homes right a cross from me have xfinity and the construction has been completed for 2 weeks now and it's still not showing up in xfinity. Verizon is all ready out there hooking up there stuff.

Yes and I let them know the home has been done and on the ticket it say waiting on the address to be release. I don't know what that mean. I talked to the project manager for the homes and he is not sure what that mean.

Diesel20903 It will be in the upper right-hand corner of the page, it looks like a text bubble from a cartoon. It's also to the left of the bell icon for notifications.
